Core Programs

Our three Core Programs are designed to serve the key members of our community.

  • A Learning Center for highly individualized academic, social & life skills and workplace readiness programming for Full Time, Home School Enrichment and Deferred High School Diploma Program Students.

    The Middle and High School Academic Program serves students looking to either earn high school credits necessary to attend college or other post-secondary programs or provide the academic preparation to pursue more vocationally oriented post-secondary opportunities.

    Individualized academic curriculum augmented with courses, workshops, and labs from our specialized studies curricula.

  • Functional Academic Studies together with a focus on workplace readiness, life, & social skills training for career/job placement & independent living.

    The Young Adult Independent Living Program serves young adults ages 22+ who are seeking post- secondary workplace readiness, life and social skills training and support to pursue employment options including the opportunity to work in our TRS Food Truck Program.

  • Courses, Workshops, Music & Art Lessons from TRS Studies Curricula Available to Students & Young Adults Throughout the South Florida Community.

    The TRS After-School Program serves both The Rising Start matriculated students and young adults as well as students and young adults from our wider community who want to supplement their day schedules with specific courses and workshops to meet their educational and developmental needs.

    Individual courses as well as “Mini-Modules” for Student & Young Adult Participants.
